Experience Required:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience making traditional pizzas.
* Confident using a wood-fired pizza oven.
* Experience stretching dough by hand and managing pizza preparation.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
Chef
Experience Required:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen.
* Ability to prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
* Experience with stock control and food preparation.
* Good understanding of food hygiene regulations.
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
* Flexible and reliable.
Front of House Waiter/Waitress
Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to take orders accurately and efficiently.
* Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
* Ability to work in a busy service environment.
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude.”
